I am glad to have come across the news regarding the opening of the 'Orissa Chapter' of the JAIR.Well, Prof. Dr. Niranjan Barik has been the right person to lead it from Orissa.I will be happy if we are given a space to associate ourselves with it. It is of course a good news to be circulated among all the teachers, scholars and students associated with or working on international relations across Orissa! I extend my hearty congratulations!
